The studio, flat, bed-sitter or apartment, is on the ground floor - no trouble from stairs or lifts.
It looks South into a courtyard
and an inner "courette" to the North.
It is in an old and listed building with 22 square metres inside floor area.

Front door with two double-locking locks.
Cupboard with electric switches and fuses, which unfortunately makes the doorway almost impossible for those in wheel chairs.

Oak beam and pillar in a high-ceilinged L-shaped room with walls painted white, furnished with a large double 'click-clack' sofa bed, a very large hanging wardrobe with shelves to the ceiling; an antique chest of drawers, a gatelegged table, a country Chippendale chair, stoolsand several table lamps, terracotta tiles throughout and a sheepskin rug, two tall windows on to courtyards and double glazing on the front window.
