Studio Flat for Two in Central Paris
4. SERVICES and RENTING of the Flat.
Heating
comes from an electric wall
convector heater in the sitting room and an electric towel rail in the bathroom,
also a standing slimline 385W convector heater for more background warmth and a
movable fan and blower heater for immediate heat or cooling air.
Radio/Tape
Recorder
Tapes are mainly classical music. There are some books as well, including guide
books, which change almost as frequently as tenants!
Keys
Easily collected on arrival in Paris. Digicode on the street door.

Car Parking and
Fuel
The car park under the
Esplanade des Invalides is convenient but expensive.
There is also an underground
car park, new to us, with an entrance on Quai d'Orsay,
called "Parking Latour Maubourg".
Street parking is very difficult except in August when restrictions are lifted.
Cleaning and
Changeover Times
All tenants are requested
to leave the studio clean and tidy for the next occupant and to replace anything
lost or broken. If this is not possible,
please let la femme de ménage know in time for
her to do something about it. She will come in from noon to 2 pm on Saturdays to wash the linen
and to
ensure that everything is ready for you on your arrival after
2 pm.
Electricity
As used, at 0.12 € per
unit (ie, 12 centimes.)
Money is to be left on departure for units used.
Rent
From Saturday to Saturday:
£300
(pounds) or €440 (Euros) per week.
Unfortunately other currencies incur bank charges which we have to pass on to
you.
