6. AVAILABILITY CALENDAR
From
1400 hours Saturdays to 1200 hours Saturdays.
Changeover Times
All tenants may arrive and leave at any time or day of their
choice during their tenancy but outgoing
tenants are asked to leave before 1200 hours Saturday, and incoming
tenants are asked to arrive after 1400 hours Saturday. Please do not delay nor
interrupt la femme de
ménage between these hours to allow her to complete her
work.
There is no concierge in the building and so no provision for safe keeping of baggage outside
the studio before or
after your changeover time.
Availability Calendar
is updated as "LET" on a green background.
The weeks provisionally booked are not shown as LET until after the deposit of 10% of
the rent for the whole period of the stay has been has been received by me.
Consequently there will be short periods when this Calendar has not been updated to agree
with my Bookings Calendar, so it is best to telephone when making your first
enquiry about specific dates.
